CORE FEATURES
1. Adjustable Armrest Design
Height Adjustment: Adaptable to users of different heights, ensuring natural arm placement and reducing shoulder fatigue.
Angle adjustment: the armrests can be flipped/removed to facilitate lateral transfer from the wheelchair (e.g. getting in and out of bed, toileting).
Width Adjustment: Some models support inward/outward armrests, which is suitable for users with wider body shape or wearing thicker clothes.
2. Lightweight Aluminum Frame
Material: Aviation aluminum alloy (e.g. 6061-T6), the weight of the whole chair is 9-14kg, which is both strong and portable.
Load capacity: usually 100-130kg, some reinforced models can reach 150kg.
3. Multi-functional adaptation
Foldable: one-touch folding design saves space.
Adjustable footrest: adjustable length/angle to enhance the comfort of leg support.
Applicable People and Scenarios
✔ Long-term users: spinal cord injury, hemiplegic patients need to frequently adjust their posture.
✔ Rehabilitation training: need to gradually adapt to different handrail heights during the postoperative recovery period.
✔ Personalization needs: obese users, wearing clothes with large changes in thickness (e.g. winter coat).
❌ Not applicable: users who are completely dependent on caregivers to implement and do not need to adjust (the basic model is more economical)
Usage and Maintenance Tips
Adjustment Demonstration:
Height: sit down with your elbow at 90° and the armrest flush with your elbow.
Flip: Trigger the armrest catch upward before transferring and push it away to the side.
Maintenance Points:
Regularly lubricate the armrest adjustment joints (use silicone-based lubricant).
Avoid strong impacts on the armrest joints (aluminum may deform).
Accessory upgrade:
Add non-slip armrest gloves (for better grip).
Matching sitting support cushion (distributes pressure and prevents pressure sores).
