First, from raw material quality we buy the big company which can offer us the certificate, then every time raw material come back we will test them.
Second, from each week in Monday we will offer the produce detail report from our factory. It means you have a one eye in our factory.

5. What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

6. How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
